❋ Honor the Silence

Silence here isn’t the absence of talking, it’s the presence of sacred space. Protect it for yourself and others. 

❋ Come as you are, not as your crisis.

This is a space for rest, not rescue. We hold space for reflection and processing, but not therapy. 

❋ Presence over Performance

You’ve already built what you’ve built. Here, you’re not a founder or executive - you are a woman who gets to rest.

This is a dry retreat. No alcohol will be served or is permitted during our retreat.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 90 or more days before the retreat start date (i.e., on or before November 1, 2026) are eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid.

  • Cancellations made less than 90 days before the retreat start date (after November 1, 2026) are not eligible for any refund.

  • No-shows and early departures are not eligible for any refund or credit.

  • In the event the retreat organizer must cancel the retreat, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their payment to a future retreat.
